Armstrong Borders Beauty ("ABB," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality professional and retail beauty products and salon services. Due to the nature of our business as a wholesaler to licensed professionals, a retailer of at-home hair products, and a provider of salon services, all sales are subject to the refund and return terms outlined below. By purchasing from Armstrong Borders Beauty, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Armstrong Borders Beauty sells professional-use products to licensed stylists and beauty professionals at wholesale pricing. All professional purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wholesale orders once they have been processed or shipped. This policy is in place to protect product integrity, hygiene standards, and pricing structures. Wholesale customers are responsible for verifying product selections, quantities, and shipping details prior to completing their order.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

Salon

All salon services provided by Armstrong Borders Beauty are non-refundable once rendered. Results may vary based on hair condition, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare recommendations. If you are dissatisfied with a salon service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a reasonable adjustment or corrective service. No refunds will be issued for completed salon services.

Digital products, downloadable materials, gift cards, promotional items, and discounted or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit at Armstrong Borders Beauty’s discretion. Please allow 7–10 business days for approved refunds to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Armstrong Borders Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy or appear to be fraudulent or abusive in nature. This Refund Policy may be updated at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
